"Blocky & Oxwinkle" are the titular characters of Stu and Drew's favorite show when they were younger. It is clearly based on the real-life series "Rocky & Bullwinkle". Whenever Stu and Drew were caught fighting, Grandpa would turn off the TV and shout, "No More Blocky and Oxwinkle!" making them cry. He would then put them in thier playpin, tell them to play nice, and open up the store.
